Satisfaction Guarantee

Products are subject to a 14-day satisfaction guarantee.  If, within 14 days, you are not completely satisfied, return the products for a refund, credit or exchange.  Goods must be returned in a salable condition and in the original packaging.  Before returning the products please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and quote this number on the goods being returned.

All products are manufactured to the highest quality but in the unlikely event that a product has a manufacturing defect, it may be returned for a credit, refund or exchange.  Please contact us to obtain an RMA number.
